Wofoo Social Enterprises
As Executive Director of Wofoo Social Enterprises, Ms Lee has spent over two decades promoting social innovation, character development, and cross-sector collaboration. Through her work with the Wofoo Foundation, including WF Joseph Lee Primary School, she has gained practical insights into school sponsorship. As Chairperson of the New Territories Women & Juveniles Welfare Association, she supervises its Tai Po primary school and supports its early childhood and elderly service units. Ms Lee is also on the Incorporated Management Committees of several primary and secondary schools. She currently serves as a Court Member of City University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Baptist University, and as Board Steward of the EdUHK Foundation.
With a strong interest in education and public policy, Ms Lee serves on multiple government boards and committees to strengthen cross-sector dialogue and advance shared values for greater social impact. Her current appointments include the Antiquities Advisory Board; the Standing Committee on Disciplined Services Salaries and Conditions of Service; Pilot Innovation and Technology Accelerator Scheme Assessment Panel; Quality Education Fund Dissemination and Promotion Sub-committee; and the Hospital Governing Committee of Our Lady of Maryknoll Hospital. She is a member of the 13th CPPCC Zhejiang Provincial Committee.
Ms Lee holds a BA (Hons) in Public Policy Studies (University of Chicago), an MSc in Comparative Social Research (University of Oxford), an MSc in Research and Professional Studies in Education (University of Bristol), and a PGDE (Hong Kong Baptist University). She is an Honorary Fellow of Lingnan University.
