The PRIDE Pathway is designed for high-achieving students seeking to elevate their academic journeys. Students will engage in a rigorous, high-level PRIDE project, guided by the personalised mentorship of distinguished scholars who are leaders in their fields. This unique mentorship fosters an environment of intellectual growth and innovation, encouraging students to explore new ideas and possibilities. The pathway also offers exclusive opportunities that immerse students in cutting-edge research and practical applications across diverse disciplines. Through advanced seminars, workshops, and networking events, students will gain insights that will enhance their academic pursuits and career prospects. The PRIDE Pathway is not just an academic development journey, but also a transformative experience designed to inspire the next generation of thinkers and leaders.
The “Emerging Leaders in Innovation, Technology, and Excellence – AI Pathway” (ELITE-AI Pathway) aims to nurture high-achieving students by advancing their AI and digital competencies, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and enhancing their problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills. Through coursework and a capstone project, students will engage with AI and emerging technologies to design innovative and human-centred solutions with real-world impact. The Pathway will also cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship, preparing students to become future leaders who can responsibly harness AI and emerging technologies to address global challenges across diverse sectors.
PATH Academy (Performance Analysts Transforming Horizons) is an elite training programme co-developed by EdUHK, Football Association of Hong Kong, China (HKFA), and Hong Kong China Ruby (HKCR) to cultivate future-ready performance analysts in football and rugby. Students choose between two specialist streams, PATH-Football (PATH-F) or PATH-Rugby (PATH-R), and engage in workshops, field placements, and immersive learning experiences that integrate sports science with cutting-edge analysis tools. Students contribute to community-based projects under expert mentorship. Supported by a state-of-the-art e-learning platform, students earn certifications in technical and applied skills. The programme also fosters interdisciplinary research and postgraduate development in performance analysis and sports science, preparing graduates to lead in coaching, education, and global sports analytics.
