- All HC students are guaranteed a hall place in the Honours College Flats for one residential year.*
- The residential period typically commences in September of Semester 1, after HC students have been admitted to the Honours College.
- Mentorship and Support: HC students will collaborate to plan and lead at least one new joint-hall activity/initiative. They will be assigned into groups, each guided by one Warden and Assistant Warden who will serve as mentors for guidance and support.
The HCRLC is to be driven by 3 stages, completed within a single residential year:
Stage 1: Training
Hall Leadership Training
Workshops on leadership in hall settings
Service-learning through IMPACT Training II
Stage 2: Practising
Practising with Cultural Exchange Circle
Set up communication sessions with exchange students via themed events/outings
Engage with the incoming exchange students in the EdUHK Summer School
Stage 3: Leading
Leading via Organising Joint-Hall Event/Initiative
Collaborate to plan and lead at least one new joint-hall event or a new initiative, e.g. a SDG-themed project
